The reviews your business has already earned

We place an NFC plaque on your counter, set up and pointing at your Google listing. Your customer taps their phone and starts writing the review. Nothing to install, no sign-up, and nothing for you to explain.

is what it takes us to leave it placed and tested in your premises. And you don’t have to touch a thing

An ordinary bar, mid-afternoon

Nothing special. A wooden counter, the card reader, the light coming in off the street.

The tag lives where people pay

Next to the card reader, which is the moment your customer already has their phone in hand.

Your customer taps their phone

Nothing to install, nothing to scan, no sign-up. They tap it and that’s that.

The chip does the rest

Inside it is the address of your Google listing. Programmed by us before we hand it over.

The review lands on your listing

With their account and their name. And your business climbs a place on the map.

The problem

The happy customer leaves without saying a word

The angry one does sit down and write. It is not ill will: complaining is urgent and praising isn’t. That leaves a Google listing that looks nothing like your business.

Asking for reviews feels awkward, it gets forgotten mid-service, and the slip of paper with the code ends up under the till.

The fix

Where people pay, because that’s where the phone is

Next to the card reader there are ten idle seconds where the customer already has their phone in hand and is doing nothing. That is the moment, and the only one that works without anyone having to ask.

Nothing to install, nothing to scan, no sign-up. They tap their phone and the review screen opens with their account already signed in.

Why us

What you are buying is not the plastic

Anyone sells the chip and it costs pennies. The work is in placing it well, setting it up properly and having someone at the other end of the phone when something goes wrong.

We set it up for you

We find your Google listing and leave the card pointing at the exact place where the review is written. We do not post you a gadget for you to program yourself.

We are local

We work across Gipuzkoa and Bizkaia. We deal with you in Spanish or Basque, and if there is a problem you do not talk to a chatbot, you talk to us on the phone.

One payment

You buy the card and it is yours. No monthly fee, no annual renewal, and no small print turning up a year later.

We explain the rules

Google does not allow incentivised reviews or filtering out the bad ones before they are published. We will tell you what is allowed and what is not, because breaking those rules can cost you your whole listing.

If it fails, we fix it

If the card stops working, we replace it. If you move premises or change your name, we reconfigure it.

In development

Tracking

We are building a dashboard so you can see how often your card has been used and how your listing is doing. It is not available yet, and we are not charging you as if it were.

Naming no one

What this industry sells, and what we do here

Everything in the middle column exists and is on sale today. Three of those practices go against Google’s policies and can cost you your whole listing.

Common in the industry Here
Negative reviews Paid modules that filter them before they reach Google Everyone goes to the same place, happy or angry
Promises “10-30 new reviews in the first month” No figures. It depends on your place, not on us
Delivery Courier, 24-48 h By hand, placed and tested with two phones
If you change listing Usually, another tag We repoint it. The tag doesn’t get binned
Language Spanish Spanish or Basque

This is not our opinion: it is in Google’s policies, and you have it set out in full, with links to check it, in what you can and cannot do when asking for reviews .

The tags

Three plaques, the same system

The plaque is the same; what changes is where the chip sends people. Reviews on your Google listing, followers on Instagram or TikTok. Fifteen euros each.

From here

You know our accent

We are from here and we work across Gipuzkoa and Bizkaia. It is not a delivery area: we come to your place, fit the support and check it works before we leave.

That is why we do not sell to the whole of Spain as if it made no difference where a business is. A bar in Errenteria, a shop in Getxo or a salon in Tolosa is not competing with anyone in Madrid: it competes with the three places on its own street. And that fight is won on the Google map.

If you are outside the area we ship it set up and working, with your listing already linked. But we say it plainly: you lose the part where we come to you.

And what we don’t have yet: customers with years behind them telling you this works. We are starting out. We say it because you would notice anyway, and because we would rather you knew before writing to us than after buying.

Questions

What people always ask us

Do I need to install an app?

No, and neither does your customer. The card works on its own: when they bring their phone close, the browser opens straight on your Google listing. There is nothing to download and no account to create anywhere.

Does it work with any phone?

With the vast majority. Every iPhone from the 7 onwards, and practically any Android of recent years, has it switched on from the factory. Plainly: the plaque is NFC only and carries no QR code, so a phone without NFC, or with it switched off, will not work. It is a rare case and it is fixed on the spot — they look you up on Google and that is that — but we would rather you knew now than at a busy bar.

What if I move premises, change the name or sell the business?

Tell us and we reconfigure it to point at the new listing. The card does not get thrown away: what changes is where it points, and we change that for you.

Is this legal? Does Google allow it?

Yes. Google allows you to invite your customers to leave a review and in fact makes it easier to do so. What it forbids is something else: paying or giving something in exchange for reviews, writing them yourself, or asking only the happy customers. We do none of that and we will not suggest it, because breaking those rules can cost you your entire listing.

Can I filter out bad reviews before they are published?

No, and be wary of anyone who says you can. Putting a filter in the way so only happy customers reach Google goes against its rules. Our card takes everybody to the same place. The good news is that a business with plenty of reviews absorbs a bad one far better than one with four.

Is there a monthly fee?

No. You pay once and the card is yours. If we ever launch the tracking dashboard and you want to use it, that will be a separate decision you make; what you have already bought will carry on working the same.

What happens if the card breaks or gets wet?

We replace it. They stand up to water and to daily use on a bar counter, but if one fails within the guarantee period we replace it at no cost.

I am not good with technology. Will I manage?

Yes, because there is nothing for you to do. We bring it working and you put it wherever suits you. At most, once in a while you will tell a customer to tap their phone there.

No commitment

Before we sell you anything, we check your listing

Tell us your business name and we’ll check for free that your Google listing exists, that it’s verified and that the review link works. If something is wrong, we’ll tell you what. If you don’t need a tag, we’ll tell you that too.
